Ladies, how do you know if your feet are getting good support? First, check the walking surface of your foot. The bottom of your foot should be cradled by the footbed of your new shoe. If it's not, then the footbed that is supplied with your shoes, sandals, clogs or whatever will not properly support your foot. You might need to replace it with a custom insole or orthotic.
