Did you know that eating a diet rich in antioxidants is not only good for your health, it's actually great for your skin too. But what are antioxidants? By definition, antioxidants such as vitamins A and C are substances that can help prevent the effects of free radical damage in the body. In other words, antioxidants can neutralize the process of oxidation and cellular damage which contributes to aging and disease. The body does not produce antioxidants, but it requires a variety of antioxidants to help neutralize free radicals. Thus we need to consume foods that contain these ingredients.

What is the impact to our body if it lacks antioxidants? The simplest example is taking an apple, eating only half, leave it at room temperature and observe the changes. Kurma are rich in nutrients including minerals and vitamins. There are many health benefits of eating dates, as they are free from cholesterol and are very low in fat. It provides a good source of energy for your body. Among one of the vitamins that are in kurma is Vitamin C. Vitamin C functions as an antioxidant known as tannin. In fact, the kurma are also rich in vitamin A, which is antioxidants to keep skin healthy and beautiful. 

2. Raisin



Raisins are actually green or black grapes that are dried. Indeed, grapes are also rich in antioxidants high. Phenolic Phytonutrients contained raisins functioning in killing germs, antibiotics and antioxidants in skin care. 

3. Blueberries


Blueberries contain a substance called antosinin anti-oxidant that can stop the spread of cancer cells. Furthermore, antosinin is also effective in nourishing the skin to slow down the aging system.

Just like blue berries. It is also rich in anti-oxidants that can remove high with free radicals and slow the aging process of the skin. It can also improve damaged skin cells and give skin moisture so that the skin stays soft and supple.
